“Light to moderate rains are affecting Metro Manila (portions of Quezon City) which may persist for one to two hours,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) posted at 8:49 a.m.
Light to moderate rains also affected Cebu (Carmen, Catmon, Danao and Compostela) which may continue for 30 minutes to an hour, Pagasa said at 8:25 a.m.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains will be experienced over the whole country mostly in the afternoon or evening due to a ridge of high pressure area affecting Luzon, Pagasa said. IDL
