Did you know: Safe Motherhood Week

By virtue of Proclamation No. 200 signed in May 2002 by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the second week of May was declared Safe Motherhood Week. This year, Safe Motherhood Week is observed from May 10 to May 14, according to the Department of Health.–Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
