Another typhoon seen to enter PAR this weekend
AFTER typhoon “Dodong” battered parts of northern Philippines, another typhoon is expected to enter the country this weekend.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the new weather disturbance with international name “Dolphin” is brewing outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is expected to enter PAR on Sunday.
Pagasa, however, said the weather disturbance does not have any effect yet on the county’s weather system.
The state weather bureau said Dolphin would be the fifth typhoon to enter the country this year and would be named “Egay” once it enters PAR.
Meanwhile, Dodong has exited PAR on Tuesday morning.
