CEBU CITY, Philippines — Firemen here have been battling the fire that hit a warehouse of the Cebu Bazaar along Salinas Drive Extension in Barangay (village) Lahug, Cebu City since Wednesday afternoon.
SFO1 Ramon Molina of the Cebu City fire department said the blaze of still unknown origin broke out shortly before 4 p.m.
The fire was not able to spread to nearby establishments because it was immediately put under control by the firefighters who were still trying to put it out as of Wednesday evening.
No one was reported hurt. SFM/AC
