Tropical Storm “Noul” accelerated on Wednesday afternoon as it moved closer to the Philippine area of responsibility.

Noul moved west northwest at 13 kilometers per hour, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.
