Victory Central Mall in Caloocan on fire

Fire has struck the Victory Central Mall in Caloocan City, radio reports said Monday morning.

Bureau of Fire Protection officials have raised the blaze to the 3rd alarm, which means the chief fire marshal and municipal fire marshal are required to attend to it.

The fire reportedly started from the second floor of the multi-level shopping complex along Rizal Avenue Extension, near Monumento. CB
