Chances of Dalia Guerrero-Pastor evading arrest have become slimmer after the Interpol has placed her on its fugitive watch list, the Philippine National Police (PNP) has said.
According to PNP spokesperson Chief Supt. Generoso Cerbo Jr., Pastor’s inclusion on Interpol’s list of wanted persons will make it easier for the police to track her whereabouts and eventually arrest her.
“The (Philippine National Police) is a member of Interpol so now we’re not the only ones looking for her (Pastor),” Cerbo said in an interview on Friday.
“The search will be global and there will be a bigger chance will be found immediately.”
The Interpol, of which the PNP is a member, has issued a red notice for Pastor over her alleged involvement in the killing of her husband car racing champion Enzo on June 12, 2014, in Quezon City.
A red notice is an international warrant against a fugitive of the law based on a request submitted to the Interpol by a member country.

As the Quezon City Police District continued its hunt for Pastor and another suspect, her alleged lover businessman Domingo “Sandy” de Guzman, Cerbo said there would be no letup in their search.
“Umasa po kayo na may efforts po ang PNP na ginagawa (Trust that the PNP is making efforts),” he said.
He said the entire police body would coordinate with government agencies in the continuous hunt for Dalia and De Guzman.
