Magnitude 3.7 quake hits San Jose City, Nueva Ecija
A MAGNITUDE 3.7 earthquake jolted San Jose City in Nueva Ecija on Thursday night, state seismologists said.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said that the quake struck three kilometers west of San Jose City at 9 p.m.
The earthquake, which was tectonic in origin, has a depth of one kilometer.

Phivolcs said Intensity II was felt in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija and in Quezon City.
It said no damages were recorded and no aftershocks were expected.
