DFA Action Center telephone lines down

The telephone lines of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Action Center are temporarily down, the agency said in an advisory on Wednesday.

“The DFA would like to inform the public that due to the temporary loss of direct PLDT service, the temporary numbers for the DFA Action Center are (632) 832-3215 and (632) 832-3264,” the DFA advisory said.

The action center is responsible for receiving complaints from the public and responding to them.

DFA last year also encountered problems with its telephone lines. RC
