Today, April 2, is the 13th death anniversary of National Artist for Music and Literature Levi Celerio. Born in Tondo, Manila, on April 30, 1910, Celerio wrote around 4,000 songs, including the lyrics to “Sa Ugoy ng Duyan” and “Saan Ka Man Naroroon.” He landed in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the only man who could play music on a leaf.
