Quezon City topped the list of cities and municipalities with the most number of fire incidents nationwide in 2014. Of the 4,438 fires reported in the National Capital Region last year, around 23 percent or 1,026 cases happened in Quezon City, according to data from the Bureau of Fire Protection.
