MANILA, Philippines — Light rain is forecast in parts of Luzon due to the northeast monsoon on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.
The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos and Bicol will experience cloudy skies with light rain, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Caraga, Davao and Northern Mindanao will have cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, Pagasa added.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
