MANILA, Philippines—1,419 out of 1,942 examinees passed the March 2015 Medical Technologist Licensure Exam, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Tuesday.
The exam was administered in four cities: Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao.
Ace William Gopez Pasion of the Angeles University Foundation bagged first place in the said exam with a rating of 89.8 percent.
The PRC said that examinees who failed to pass the exam for medical technologists but obtained at least 70 percent can register as medical laboratory technicians.
