Kin of fallen SAF men at Senate to listen to Cayetano speech
MANILA, Philippines – The widows and family members of some of the fallen Special Action Force (SAF) men came to the Senate on Wednesday to listen to the privilege speech of Senate Majority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano on the January 25 Mamasapano operation.
Erica Pabalinas, the wife of SAF member Senior Inspector Ryan Pabalinas, and their three-year-old daughter were among those who showed up and sat inside the gallery of the session hall while listening to Cayetano’s speech.

Ryan Pabalinas was one of the 44 SAF members who perished in the operation while serving the warrants of arrest on two suspected terrorists.
As of posting, Cayetano is still delivering his speech.
