MANILA, Philippines — A fire hit a residential area in Blumentritt Avenue cor Susan Street in Sampaloc, Manila, Wednesday morning.
The fire of still undetermined origin was raised to the fourth alarm.
Sketchy initial reports said that 10 houses, including an apartment building were burning.
No other details were available as of posting time.
