MANILA, Philippines — A weak northeast monsoon is affecting Eastern Visayas on Tuesday.
“Eastern Visayas, Davao region and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast will prevail over Southern Luzon, Visayas and Eastern Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough, Pagasa said.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the northeast to east with slight to moderate seas.
