MANILA, Philippines—The Metro Rail Transit (MRT 3) limited its operations on Friday evening due to a technical problem, a radio report said.
The MRT limits its operations from Taft Avenue station in Pasay City to Shaw Boulevard station in Mandaluyong City and vice versa, according to a report from dzMM radio.
The report said passengers were unloaded from the affected train stations, causing hundreds of them to be stranded.
No report has been issued as to what caused the technical glitch.
Earlier on Friday, the MRT also experienced a technical problem.
