MANILA, Philippines — The tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon and will bring light to moderate rains in the region, the state weather bureau said Thursday.
The provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over northern luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough, Pagasa said.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
