P1.5M lost as fire hits Las Piñas furniture shop
MANILA, Philippines—Around P1.5-million worth of property was destroyed in a fire that hit a furniture shop in Las Piñas on Tuesday night.
FO1 Czarina Escalicas said that the blaze which hit the Ephesians Design International Furniture on Real Street in Pamplona I shortly after 11 p.m. on Tuesday was put out at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
“There was a lot of furniture inside, flammable materials,” Escalicas said.

The cause of the blaze which reached the third alarm has yet to be determined.
Escalicas added that no one was hurt or killed during the incident.
