Possible storm forming outside PAR—Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — The weather bureau is keeping an eye on a cluster of clouds forming outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) saying it could develop into a low pressure area (LPA).
Should it become an LPA, it could enter the PAR and affect the country, said the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon will continue to prevail over Luzon and the tail-end of a cold front will affect Eastern Visayas.
Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains, Pagasa said.
The Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Quezon, Aurora and Camarines Norte will have cloudy skies with possible light rains.
