Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Western Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
“Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas,” Pagasa said.
The weather bureau also issued gale warning over the northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon, the eastern seaboard of Visayas and Caraga region; and the western seaboard of Northern Luzon.
These areas will have rough to very rough seas and fishing boats and other small sea craft are advised not to venture out into the sea.
