BREAK: Arrest warrant served to Mayor Jun-Jun Binay

MANILA, Philippines — The Senate sergeant-at-arms has served the warrant of arrest to Makati City Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Jun-Jun” Binay on Thursday morning at the Makati City Hall.

As of 10:16 a.m., the team from the Senate was still waiting whether Binay would heed the warrant.
