Cloudy skies, light rains in Bicol, Eastern Visayas – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Bicol region, Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies and light rains on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.

The northeast monsoon continued to prevail in Luzon and Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with light rains, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Wednesday was slightly warmer in Metro Manila, with 22 degrees Celsius at its coldest at 6 a.m.  Last Tuesday was the coldest temperature recorded in Metro Manila since the northeast monsoon started in October with 18.1 degrees Celsius.

The rest of Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
