MANILA, Philippines – The region of Davao and the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon in Luzon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains on Thursday.
The tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon while the northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains. Thunderstorms are likely to occur over these areas, Pagasa said.
The regions of the Cordillera, Ilocos and the rest of Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas.
