Julia C. Arellano; 85

MANILA, Philippines–Julia C. Arellano, a retired public shool teacher, died on Jan. 17 at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Manila at the age of 85.

She is survived by her children Marlon, Marissa and Alberto, Mildred and Cesar, Esmeraldo and Sally Grace, Lalaine and Orley, Gloria and Remigio, Doreen and Edzel, grandchildren and relatives.

Her remains lie at Villa Espana subdivision chapel along G. Araneta Ave., Quezon City. She will be brought to her hometown in Solsona, Ilocos Norte, on Thursday. Interment will be announced later.
