Man straps 94 iPhones to his body in smuggle try

MANILA, Philippines–A man was caught with 94 iPhones strapped to his body in an attempt to sneak in the high-end smartphones from Hong Kong to Guangdong province in China.

The China Daily reported that the man tried to smuggle 300, 000 yuan ($48,388) worth of iPhones, which were attached “to his chest, belly, thighs and shanks” using masking tape.

The man was trying to cross the border of Hong Kong-China on January 11 when immigration officials noticed his awkward movement.
