MANILA, Philippines – Parts of Northern Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains on Monday due to the northeast monsoon.
“Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and the province of Aurora will be cloudy with light rains,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
A tail-end of a cold front is affecting Eastern Visayas.
“Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Northern Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms,” Pagasa said.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The rest of the country will be having partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coastal the waters along these areas will be moderate to rough seas, Pagasa said.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas, it added.
