Joseph Estrada planning to retire by 2016

MANILA, Philippines–Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada is planning to retire by 2016.
At a press conference, when asked if he plans to seek reelection, he said “I have [a] plan to retire.”
“I have a very good vice mayor who can continue all the plans I have started,” said Estrada.
