MANILA, Philippines—The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Tuesday lifted the number coding scheme in Metro Manila except in Makati and Las Piñas due to Typhoon “Pedring.”
The lifting of number coding always includes the whole stretch of Edsa no matter which city a segment is located in, the MMDA said in its official Twitter account.
