Typhoon cuts power in Sorsogon

MATNOG, Sorsogon–A province-wide blackout hit Sorsogon as Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit) inches closer to the province, the Provincial Risk Reduction and Management Council (PPDRRMC) said Sunday.

The PDRRMC said no casualties have been reported yet.

It added that despite the effects of Ruby, communication lines remained working.
