4 airports shut down due to Ruby

MANILA, Philippines–The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines said that as of 9 a.m. Sunday, airports in the following typhoon-affected areas were closed:

  • Tacloban
  • Naga
  • Calbayog
  • Legazpi
