MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) announced the cancelation of at least 24 flights on Saturday due to the effects of typhoon “Ruby.”
Over social media, DOTC said the following flights to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport have been canceled because of bad weather:
