Expected to continue in the next two hours

Indicates continuous rainfall in the past three hours of more than 65 mm

Serious flooding expected in low-lying areas. Public must take precautionary measures.

Issued when downpours constitute an emergency. When Pagasa raises a red warning, communities should be prepared to respond.
