Man holds teen hostage in Makati

MANILA, Philippines–A teenager is being held hostage by a still unidentified man in Barangay (village) Pembo in Makati City, according to a radio report.

Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported Friday night that the hostage-taking took place in front of the barangay hall.

The suspect was reportedly armed with a knife.
