MANILA, Philippines—Most of the country will be cloudy on Thursday as two weather systems linger over Luzon and Mindanao, the weather bureau said.
In its early-morning bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the northeast monsoon is affecting northern Luzon and the Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Mindanao.
Pagasa added that eastern and central Visayas, Mindanao and the province of Palawan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
