MANILA, Philippines–A northbound train of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) made an abrupt stop shortly after it left the Magallanes station Saturday at around 2:40 p.m.

The train driver said a technical problem hit the train. It resumed a few seconds after.

No one was hurt in the incident.

However, the train got stalled anew between the Magallanes and Ayala Avenue station in Makati City but resumed operations minutes later.
