MANILA, philippines—Operations of the Light Rail Transit-2(LRT-2) were disrupted Thursday afternoon, a youth leader reported.
Vencer Crisostomo (@venzie) said on his Twitter account that passengers of a stalled train were asked to alight at the V. Mapa station in Sta. Mesa.
