Magnitude 4.2 quake jolts Occidental Mindoro

MANILA, Philippines—A magnitude 4.2 earthquake rocked Occidental Mindoro Wednesday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.

The earthquake occurred at around 8:05 a.m. and the epicenter was detected at 25 kilometers southwest of Looc, Occidental Mindoro.

Intensity III was reportedly felt at Lubang, Occidental Mindoro.

Phivolcs said that it is not expecting aftershocks.
