3.8 quake jolts Mindoro, Batangas, Cavite, Quezon
MANILA, Philippines—A 3.8 magnitude earthquake shook northwestern Mindoro island at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday and was felt in the Southern Tagalog provinces of Batangas, Cavite and Quezon.
The inland quake centered two kilometers southwest of Abra de Ilog town in Occidental Mindoro at a depth of 26 kilometers.
It was felt at Intensity 4 in in Puerto Galera and Calapan City in Oriental Mindoro province, Intensity 3 in Lobo, Batangas, Intensity 2 in Tagaytay City in Cavite, and Intensity 1 in Mulanay and Gumaca, Quezon.
