Free LRT ride for seniors on Saturday

MANILA, Philippines–Senior Citizens will have a free ride on the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Line 1 and 2 on Saturday.

The LRT administration announced on Twitter that senior citizens or those aged 60 and above could avail of a free ride in celebration of the Elderly Filipino Week this October.

Senior citizens need to present their identification card when availing of the privilege, it said.
