MANILA, Philippines—An intertropical convergence zone affecting Mindanao will bring rains to the country’s southern island, the weather bureau said.
In its early-morning bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the Caraga and Davao regions will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Pagasa added that Metro Manila and the rest of the country would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
