Fire hits residential area in Manila—report
MANILA, Philippines – Fire hit a residential area in Sta. Ana, Manila, razing a number of homes and three oil tankers from an oil depot nearby Tuesday, according to a report on Radyo Inquirer 990AM.
The report said fire broke out before 7 a.m. from among the houses along Old Panaderos Street, reached second alarm before it was put under control in less than an hour.
INQUIRER.net tried to reach the Manila Fire Department but an officer said fire investigators were still on the scene. Julliane Love de Jesus
