Wall at Caloocan high school collapses–reports

caloocan city mapMANILA, Philippines—A wall at Baesa High School in Caloocan City collapsed Monday morning, hitting a classroom occupied by first year students, radio reports said.

No injuries were reported.

The wall divides the high school from the Baesa Elementary School.

Baesa High School Principal Ma. Nimfa David was quoted in radio reports that the wall might have collapsed due to the heavy rains brought by tropical storm “Mario” (international name: Fung-Wong) last Friday.
