MANILA, Philippines—A man was found dead Friday in Caloocan City after drowning in floodwater brought by tropical storm “Mario” (international name: Fung-Wong), according to the Philippine Red Cross.

The man was identified as Bryan Berbo, said Philippine Red Cross chairman Richard Gordon in a radio report.

Berbo’s body was found at Barangay (village) 176, Phase 10 in Caloocan City.
