DAP projects on DBM website

MANILA, Philippines–The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) said Wednesday it has made available to the public detailed information on projects funded by government savings.

The DBM said the list posted on its website details all legislator-nominated projects and their respective endorsers in the House of Representatives and Senate.

“The disclosure of this list is well-timed, given that it coincides with the development of the 2015 budget. We’re taking this opportunity to improve budget processes towards efficient spending, and the DBM’s full transparency on the DAP is crucial towards that end,” Budget Secretary Florencio “Butch” B.
