MANILA, Philippines–Multiple charges were filed on Friday against a man who threatened a female victim to post her alleged nude photos on Facebook in exchange for almost P200,000.

Salvador Sarto was arrested by the Regional Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) in an entrapment operation at a motel in Mabalacat, Pampanga on Wednesday afternoon.

In a report sent to INQUIRER.net, the operation was based on the complaint of Susan Gulapa, who said Sarto also demanded her to have sex with him or else he will post her nude photos.

In a separate television report, it said the photos the man posted on Gulapa’s Facebook account, which he allegedly hacked, were fake.

It added that the incident had caused Gulapa and her husband’s separation.

Confiscated from the suspect is a Magnum 22 loaded with four live ammunition and five mobile phone units.

Sarto underwent inquest proceedings on Friday for robbery and extortion, illegal possession of firearms, and for violating the anti-cybercrime law.
