MANILA, Philippines—Some parts of Pampanga will experience power interruption Tuesday, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) announced.
The NGCP said the power interruption would affect the towns of Apalit, San Simon, Macabebe, Minalin, Masantol and Sto. Tomas from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.
NGCP said a “correction at the hotspot in Mexico substation” is being executed.
It added that the normal operations would immediately resume after the work is completed.
On Monday, portions of Metro Manila experienced power interruption due to low power reserve caused by the shutdown of some Luzon power plants.
