MANILA, Philippines – Justice Secretary Leila De Lima on Thursday said there was still no information that the wife of slain race car driver Enzo Pastor left the country.

Pastor’s wife Dalia is facing a complaint for parricide before the Department of Justice after she was identified as one of those responsible for her husband’s death.

Pastor was shot to death last June 12.

“It’s a negative,” De Lima told reporters on the question of whether Dalia Pastor left the country.

“Immigration Commissioner Fred Mison told me that based on their database as of yesterday (Wednesday Sept. 3), no such record of [Dalia’s] departure,” De Lima said.

A lookout bulletin order (LBO) was issued by De Lima against Dalia Pastor and two others.

Under the LBO, the subject can still leave the country but will first have to seek permission from the Department of Justice and must be able to justify the reason for the trip.
