Tupas accepts De Lima’s ice bucket challenge

MANILA, Philippines—Iloilo Representative Niel Tupas Jr. on Tuesday accepted the challenge from Justice Secretary Leila De Lima to take on the ice bucket challenge.

“Challenge accepted,” Tupas said in a text message.

Asked when he plans to do it, Tupas said: “I will set it. I never back out of a challenge.”
