MANILA, Philippines—Classes in all levels in Cavite are suspended on Wednesday, August 27, due to heavy rains and possible flooding.
Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla announced on Tuesday the suspension in his own Twitter account.
On Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued an intense rainfall warning over Metro Manila and nearby provinces due to a low pressure area affecting Luzon.
